This six-week course of Minded Yoga Therapy is open to people with mild to moderate depression or anxiety who are interested in leaning some
traditional yogic techniques to help manage their emotional wellbeing. The course is based in a thorough understanding of the neuroscience and
physiology around the effects of stress on our mental, emotional and physical health and how these practices can help.

- have space and time to use these practices to assist you in your recovery journey
