Many of us have undertaken bipolar self-management training and we strongly recommend group members attend this course being run specifically for young adults. Bipolar Scotland offers self-management training to people with lived experience of bipolar. The course equips participants with knowledge, information and insights to manage their condition, to maintain a healthy equilibrium and eliminate the worst highs and lowest lows of bipolar. The training will also introduce participants to lifestyle changes they can make which can help improve their quality of life and flag up the importance of warning signs and triggers.
